Episode 3.5 - First Elimination!

It is time. The first challenge is over and it is now time for the campers to vote for who they feel should leave the island. Remember both Red and Nervous have immunity and cannot be voted off this round. They can however place their vote for who they feel should go home.

The day starts off with Morty flirting with Kimi. She is quiet flattered with his advances and follows up with her own flirts.

 Nikki then comes in to join the conversation. Kimi doesn't seem to mind though and they all talk for awhile.

Heading over to the confessional, we start off with our winners Red and Nervous. First into the the confessional is Red.

Kris: Have you decided on who you think should be voted off the island?
Red: I really don't want to vote anyone off.
Kris: You have to, it is part of the game my dear.
Red: Okay fine. I guess I vote for Morty. He was the one starting the rumors that I am pregnant. I just don't find that very nice!
Kris: Okay thank you! You may go join the others but please keep your vote to yourself.

 While Red leaves the confessional we here a ruckus outside. Don and Daniel seem to be arguing about something! I hope it doesn't influence their votes!

Nervous comes in next.

Kris: Hi Nervous, please take a seat.
Nervous: On the toilet? But its clogged and has poop in it!
Kris: Then don't breathe. We need your vote.
Nervous: Well I think Malcolm should go home.
Kris: And why is that?
Nervous: Well because he first missed his archery turn, he also isn't very nice.
Kris: Okay Nervous, thank you for your vote.

With the two having immunity out of the way, the other campers have their turns to vote. Next to the confessional is Lori. We find her in the men's cabin having a pillow fight with Jenn.

 They seemed to be having fun until Lori hits Jenn a little too hard. Jenn then yells at Lori!

 Don overhears the whole thing and comes over to yell at Lori next! He was not happy that she used her vampire strength in an innocent game of pillow fighting!

Oh Jenn, the cameras are still rolling. You might not want to show that smug look just yet.

I break up the yelling to let Lori know that it is her turn to vote. She gladly leaves the cabin and heads to the confessional.

Kris: Lori, have you thought about who you think should be voted off the island?
Lori: I have, I think Malcolm should go home.
Kris: Is there a specific reason?
Lori: Yes, he seems to keep starting arguments with everyone. I don't think he is a very good team player.
Kris: Okay, your vote has been cast, thank you!

 Waiting for Don to come next we see a few more flirts going on. Bella and Daniel seem to be hitting it off as is Nervous and Nikki.

 Red is back on the chess board hoping that a logic challenge is next.

 Don finally comes into the confessional to cast his vote.

Don: Hey beautiful!
Kris: *blushes* Oh Don, you are such a flatterer!
Don: I only speak the truth.
Kris: *giggles* Have you thought about who you think should be voted off?
Don: I have, and I have come to the conclusion it should be Bella.
Kris: Oh why is that?
Don: She's just to beautiful to get dirty! Poor girl doesn't know what to do with herself.
Kris: I am sure you can teach her. I have your vote, thank you!
Don: Anytime doll.

 With Bella being next on the list to vote. Daniel finds himself without someone to talk to. He heads over to Nikki and she casts a good luck charm on him. Hmm wonder if she is hoping he will stay ore be voted off?

Bella sits down to cast her vote.

Kris: Hi Bella, have you thought about who you think should be voted off?
Bella: I have Kris. I think it should be Malcolm.
Kris: Oh, and why is that?
Bella: Well frankly, he's just not that good looking! He's kind of yucky in my opinion.
Kris: And that is a good enough reason to vote him off?
Bella: Oh yes, most definitely!
Kris: Thank you Bella, your vote has been cast.

 Poor Malcolm doesn't seem to be too popular. We find him over at another chess table playing by himself.

The votes can go anyways though, so don't count him out just yet! 

Kimi is next to be called.

Kris: Please Kimi, take a seat.
Kimi: Oh no! That is disgusting! I can't sit on that!
Kris: Please, it is part of the confessional.
Kimi: I'll stand, thank you.
Kris: Alright fine. Have you thought about who you think should be voted off the island?
Kimi: I have, and I think it should be Rachel.
Kris: Why Rachel?
Kimi: She's young, I just don't think she is ready for this type of competition.
Kris: Okay, thank you Kimi, you can go now.
Kimi: Thank god! It stinks in here!

Jenn is next to place her vote.

Kris: Welcome Jenn, have you thought about who you think should be voted off?
Jenn: I have, I think Christopher should go home.
Kris: That is an interesting choice, why so?
Jenn: I just feel he should. He did score a 0 on the competition!
Kris: Well so did Kimi.
Jenn: Yes well, I can only pick one can't I?
Kris: Yes, that is the rule. Okay, well thank you for your vote Jenn.

 Seven more campers still need to place their votes. Next to the confessional is Lisa.

Kris: Hello Lisa, how is your day going?
Lisa: It's going good Kris, thank you for asking.
Kris: Have you thought about who you think should be voted off the island?
Lisa: I have and I believe it should be Jenn.
Kris: Why is that?
Lisa: I just feel she being a fairy has an unfair advantage.
Kris: But you do not feel a vampire has that same advantage?
Lisa: No, Lori has a problem with the sun, so she actually has a disadvantage during the competitions.
Kris: Okay, thank you Lisa for your vote, it has been noted.

 Boy, Jenn seems to be on a rampage today! She is not yelling at Nikki. Not sure what caused it but drama and voices are quiet high today!

Don tries to drown out the fighting by playing the guitar. He is the first camper that has picked it up.

 Not far off from Jenn and Nikki's argument. Kimi is laying into Rachel. Rachel asked Kimi if she could sketch her and Kimi thought that Rachel was very odd. I don't think Rachel asked to sketch Kimi naked, but by the look on Kimi's face, I can't rule it out either!

 With tempers flaring high, we get back to the voting. Next into the confessional is Morty.

Morty: Hi Kris!
Kris: Hi Morty, are you ready to cast your vote?
Morty: I am, I picked Kimi!
Kris: You think Kimi should be voted off the island?
Morty: What?! Oh is that what we are voting for? I thought it was something else!
Kris: Do you want to change your vote then?
Morty: No, no, Kimi sounds good to me!
Kris: Okay, not sure if your are grasping the concept of this, but your vote has been cast. Thank you.

 Malcolm comes in after that and places his vote.

Kris: Hi Malcolm, have you decided on who you think should be voted off the island?
Malcolm: I did and I think it should be Kimi.
Kris: Hmm why is that?
Malcolm: She got 0 on archery Kris.... 0!
Kris: Yes the same can be said about Christopher to though.
Malcolm: One word Kris, Bro code!
Kris: Well I think that is actually two words Malcolm. Your vote has been cast.

Speaking of Christopher he is next.

Kris: Hello Christopher.
Christopher: Hi Kris.
Kris: Have you made your choice?
Christopher: As hard as it was I did. I pick Kimi to be voted off.
Kris: Why is that?
Christopher: The simple fact is, she got 0 on her challenge.
Kris: But so did you.
Christopher: Yes, well I'm not voting myself off am I?
Kris: No, I guess not. Okay, well thank you.

Kris: Daniel, please come in and take a seat.
Daniel: Thank you Kris.
Kris: Have you chosen who you think should be voted off the island?
Daniel: It was a really hard choice, and I went back and forth on a couple people. I have chosen though.
Kris: Please share this with us.
Daniel: I think Rachel should be voted off. She's getting sick and I don't want it to spread.
Kris: Thank you, we have wrote down your vote.

 And then it is Rachel's turn to vote.

Kris: Good afternoon Rachel, have you decided on a person to vote off?
Rachel: I have Kris. I decided on Don.
Kris: Don? How come?
Rachel: He's just not all that! I think most of these girls swoon over him and it is distracting them!
Kris: And you're not attracted to him at all?
Rachel: Well...I... that is not the point. I pick Don.
Kris: Okay, thank you Rachel.

 Our last to vote is Nikki.

Kris: Hi Nikki.
Nikki: Hi Kris!
Kris: Have you decided on who you wanted to vote off the island?
Nikki: I really don't want to, but if I have to then yes, I have chosen.
Kris: Please, inform us.
Nikki: I think Malcolm should go home.
Kris: I thought you got along with him?
Nikki: Well I do, but he yells at everybody else, so I think he needs to go home.
Kris: Thank you Nikki, your vote has been noted.

With the confessionals done, it is time for the elimination. Our campers join together at the campfire ceremony to find out who will be going home.

Kris: Okay campers, it is our first elimination round. We have heard all of your votes and one person stands out above the rest to go home. That person is Malcolm. You have been voted off the island!

So we say goodbye to Malcolm!

*Note* I thought long and hard how I was going to do the voting process. I thought about running a poll, then thought that could take to long in between episodes. I was going to throw all the names in a hat and draw out that way. Then I started looking for my many sided dice I have around the house. Not finding them I asked my husband. He said their are online dice rolling programs and so I found one. This one, http://www.roll-dice-online.com/ . I figured this would be the fairest way. Each camper was assigned a number that they will keep throughout the whole challenge.

These numbers were given in the order as each camper arrived on the island. I then made the die an 18 sided one as that is the lowest number besides 13 and 13 wouldn't be enough. Each camper got 1 roll unless they rolled for themselves or for one of the campers that were immune in which case I rolled again. I figured this would be the fairest way, and even when I didn't like who got voted I put it. Anyways I thought I would explain now how the voting process is going to work. 

Episode 3 - Archery

Another week starts here on the island! This week is different though as we will have our first weekly challenge. At the end of the week, someone will be going home!

The network doesn't give me any idea what the challenge will entail. I woke up early to check my email and found out that our first challenge will be archery! I am so glad I am not one of the competitors! I tried to shoot a bow and arrow once and knocked myself in the nose. It was not a pretty site!

Everyone wakes early and starts getting ready. Morty, Kim and Malcolm start gossiping about the other contestants.

Malcolm: Did you hear Red is pregnant already!
Morty: Holy crap, she is quick!
Kimi: I don't think that is right, you guys are too funny!

 Lisa makes it into the outhouse but doesn't quiet make it to the toilet.

Lisa: Did you have to get this camera!
Kris: Hey, you signed a waver! 

Even producing horrific fumes, Don seems to think Nikki is attractive. He came in right when she got up to compliment her appearance.

Don: Has anyone ever told you what a beautiful specimen you are?
Nikki: Dude, I stink, get out of my way.
Don: Oh come on baby, you aren't that bad. In fact it is kind of turning me on.
Nikki: So gross, walking away now. 

 Yeah I'm agreeing with Nikki on this one. Don are you that hard up?!

Now on with the challenge! This week the contestants will be called one by one to the archery table for target shooting. We are told we can only do Basic shots at this time as more extreme shooting could cause injury. Hell basic shooting will cause injury if I am behind the bow!

Day 1 - Don, Bella and Kimi

Don Lothario is up first. And oh my look at that chest! Holy shit I could just run my fingers up and down those ridges and curves all day long!

 Apparently they are shooting invisible arrows? Do they make those? I assume they do since clearly that is what he is holding!

 Whew okay back on track! Don gets an archery score of 75. Mmmhmm he is definitely a marksmen!

Up next is Bella. We find her with Nikki, apparently Nikki is bragging that Don is interested in her! Ooh girl, don't do it! Sure fire way to make that man not ever talk to you again!

 Before we can get to Bella and her shooting. Nervous breaks the first thing on the island! He must really not want to get caught as he ran away as soon as he figured it out.

 Bella finally gets done with her conversation and heads over to the archery table. She doesn't look to confident at first, but aims and shoots.

She scores a 50. Not bad for this small girl!

Nervous finally talks to someone! Bella is the lucky girl, lets listen in on their conversation.

Nervous: Um hi Bella.
Bella: Hi.
Nervous: So I um wasn't sure if um I should talk to you or not so I um.
Bella: Quit being so nervous! Just talk to me!
Nervous: Well I um think you're really hot, and I um just wanted to tell you.
Bella: Well thank you! See that wasn't so hard now was it?
Nervous: I um guess not. Well I have to go now, bye. 

 Aww poor Nervous, such a shy guy! Hopefully he will come out of his shell soon.

As the first day of the challenge gets later, our next camper gets ready to shoot. Kimi is up next and looks pretty confident.

 Oh no! Kimi's confidence didn't do her any good in this competition as she didn't hit one target! That is going to hurt!

That will end today's list of competitors. Tomorrow we will have the next 3 campers to take on the archery dummies! As of right now, Don is leading with his score of 75.

 Oh look at that! I wonder why Bella is luring Nervous into the cabin? She is known to work pretty fast.

Day 2 - Lori, Red and Jenn

Our second day of the challenge has arrived and we get an early start with Lori. Now remember, Lori is a vampire! From what I understand about vampires, they have super strength and super speed. This could come in very handy for this competition. 

Lori steps up to the archery table and grabs a bow. Oh look at that face, she means business!

Before she is done we get a notification that Jenn just fairy tricked someone! Our camera man missed it, but after a little investing I found out that it was Rachel.

The scary face did nothing to help Lori's score, neither did her vampirism apparently. She scored a 15.

Red is up next and walks over with a huge grin on her face. I asked her why she was so happy:

Red: I am a lucky girl naturally and today I am feeling like my luck is going to be great! 

 She was right! Luck was definitely on her side today! She now has taken first place with a record breaking 125! That is going to be a hard score to beat!

Jenn is up next, she is a fairy remember so she has special powers. She steps up to the table but is crowded by Red.

Kris: Hey Red, could you give Jenn some room to shoot?
Red: I'm not in her way! I'm just catching rain drops!

Jenn: I want a do over!
Kris: I'm sorry Jenn, that cannot happen.
Red: Okay, I'm done now.
Jenn: This is bullshit!

 Jenn leaves the archery table a bit pissed off at Red. She scored a 50. Not too bad, but not high enough.

 And so the days campers scheduled for today are through. The rest of the night the campers get to know each other and talk about their scores. As everyone is settling down and eating dinner, a fire starts at the BBQ! Thank goodness our producers knew what to do as non of the campers even seemed to notice it! Don, you are sitting right next to it! Nope, not even a budge.

Day 3 - Lisa, Morty and Malcolm Christopher

Good morning and welcome to another day of archery! Today's campers that will be competing are Lisa, Morty and Malcolm. We get started early with Lisa. She has had her morning coffee and breakfast and is ready for some shooting!

 She probably could of used another cup of coffee as she only scored a 25.

The mosquito's are out in full force this morning, and one gets Lisa before she is out of the bite zone. She doesn't seem to be worried though as she just squishes it and walks away. I think it is all that "perfume" she is producing. Might want to go take a shower Lisa, wash the stink away!

We find our next contestant sleeping. Morty wake up! Then Malcolm needed to eat, so we move on to Christopher. He looks determined!

 But sadly Christopher joins Kimi in the 0 hits club.

Christopher: Get this thing off me!
Kris: Swat it! The girl can do it, you can too!
Christopher: It will squish on my face, get it off!

 Men, they can be so dramatic! With the mosquito shoo'ed away, we get back to the challenge.

 Morty finally wakes up enough to have his turn. He only scores a 25, and is not happy about it.

He does however have a fan club joining!

Bella: I don't know if we are so much his fan club or just being bitten to shit!
Nikki: Sooooo itchy!
Jenn: *stares at Morty*

 Well whatever you want to call a group of girls standing at an event watching the participant, these three seem to be it!

As our next camper steps up to the table, the crowd of girls start to dismiss.

Jenn: Morty, where are you going?
Nikki: Dammit, Morty's done, now I can't pretend to be getting bit!
Bella: I should probably head to bed soon.

 No, not a fan club at all. Malcolm gets ready for his turn, but is told he will have to wait till tomorrow. We had our 3 campers for the day and now it is getting dark.

Everyone dispersed and did their own thing the remainder of the night. The only one that decided to do something productive is Red. Still leading with the high score of 125, she works on her logic.

Day 4 - Malcolm, Daniel and Rachel

Day 4 of the challenge we decided to change it up a bit. Some unexpected things happened in the morning/afternoon hours that we are not able to discuss. (Our camera man got really sick and had diarrhea! But you didn't hear that from me!) Our three campers for the day had to wait till early evening to get their challenge done.

First up is Malcolm. Malcolm was suppose to go yesterday but had forgotten to feed himself all day. When his time came to shoot he was about starved to death. Since the network says we cannot prevent a Sim from eating when they want to, we had to postpone his shooting till today.

He should of done his yesterday. He walks away with a score of 65.

 Daniel is next after that. He comes in second with 90!

 Rachel gets ready for her turn and Daniel tries to give her pointers. I think it is more so he can be close to her than him helping her out!

 The pointers didn't work and she scores a 40. She looks so sad!

 The day comes to an end and we have one more challenge day left and only two more campers to go!

Day 5 - Nikki and Nervous

Our last day of the competition starts early. Very early! The sun is not even up yet! But we have a lot to do today and need to get these last two campers done. First up is Nervous.

Lets see if he has any of his daddy's genes and can work that scythe.. I mean bow.

  Holy cow he tied Red with 125!

 Our last contestant drags herself out of bed for her turn. Without her glasses on, I wonder how well she will do!? I heard she is pretty blind without them! Just don't hit any Sims!

Nikki: Did I hit anything!?
Kris: You got a score of 15!
Nikki: Aww man! I should of wore my glasses!

 You think?!

And so the first challenge is done and we have our winners! Congratulations to Red and Nervous who will not be able to be eliminated for this round. They will however be able to vote! Stay tuned tomorrow night for our elimination round! Who will go home? Only time will tell.
